Started a Pickleball Club in Reclub

I recently started a pickleball club in Reclub!

I’ve been wanting to find a sulit OP (open play) in Mandaluyong where the player-to-court ratio is around 9 players per court. Ayun, dumayo pa ako sa QC and Caloocan just to get that fast rotation.

Eventually, nainis na ’ko, so naisip ko, “Sige, gagawa na lang ako ng sarili kong club. Ako na lang mag-organize.”

So ayun, join na sa Pickle Circle! 🏓

Ginawa ko rin yung club para ako ang masunod haha. Pero legit, one thing I like about having my own club is that I can organize games based on what I feel like playing. For example, pwedeng all-girls, mixed doubles, or whatever format I want to try.

I also see this as a way for me to upskill outside of coding. Social skills, hosting, organizing, and just generally getting better at bringing people together haha wow.

Of course, mag-upskill din sa coding. 😂

Kaya I built a queueing website for the club to help manage rotations. It’s currently admin-gated, so it’s not open to the public yet.
